Insurance and Financial Policies

We participate in most of the major insurance plans.  Payment is expected at time of services.  Some insurance companies require pre-certification for services.  We will assist you to file the claims and obtain the necessary authorizations.

Financial counseling is available upon request.
Patient Administration and Assistance
Our front office administration staff is here to help you with your paperwork, scheduling and processing.  Please address all your insurance, billing, scheduling and patient administration questions with them.
